  5. 5. Changes to these terms

1. Using Hola

Hola gives you one page for your links, your content, and a way for people to support you. You need to be at least 16 to make an account, and you are responsible for what happens under it.

Keep your sign-in details to yourself. If you think someone else has used your account, change your password on Account and let us know.

2. Your page and content

What you put on your page stays yours. You give Hola permission to host it, show it to visitors, and make the copies needed to run the service. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account.

Do not post anything illegal, anything that pretends to be someone else, or links that lead to malware or scams. We may hide a page that breaks these terms and will tell you why.

3. Support and payments

Supporters pay your PayPal or Stripe account directly. Hola never holds your money. The provider takes Hola’s 5% fee before the payment reaches you, and its own processing fees apply as well.

You are responsible for refunds, taxes, and anything you promise supporters in return, such as members-only posts.

4. Ending your account

You can hide your page or delete your account at any time from Account. Deleting removes your page and content within 30 days.

We may close accounts that repeatedly break these terms. Where we can, we will warn you first and give you a chance to export your content.

5. Changes to these terms

When we change these terms in a way that matters, we will email you at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Using Hola after that date means you accept the new terms.
